What is a Bond? How do I invest?

1 What is the minimum I can invest?

To access the 6% bond, the minimum investment is £25,000.

To invest in our 7.6227% bond the minimum investment rate is £85,000.

Access the top rate of 9.25% is limited and exclusive to high net worth individuals.

2 How long should I invest for?

The minimum investment period is one year, the maximum investment term is the lifetime of the bond which in this instance is December 2029.

You can withdraw at any time, but you will have to forfeit the last months interest payemnt if you withdraw before the one year minimum period.

3 Are you covered by the FSCS Scheme?

Tesco Fixed Rate Bonds are covered by the FSCS Compensation Scheme. You money is protected up to £85,000.
